Kanhym recently acquired a controlling share in the Biltong Den chain and has incorporated the manufacturing of all of the biltong products into its production facility in Middelburg. The biltong and droe wors products will continue to be made according to the award winning recipes developed by the original owner.
The Kanhym Biltong Deli (as it is now known) is typically between 20 m² and 30 m² in total floor area.
To complement the superb biltong products the stores stock a range of complementary deli products, such as spices, sauces, marinades, jams, nuts and dried fruit. Gift packs, biltong slicers, knives, as well as a range of rugby merchandise all contribute to "spicing up" the offering.

Biltong Deli stores are particularly suited to convenience malls, strip malls and neighbourhood malls, located near to the anchor tenant, which is typically a major grocery store.
