The Kanhym Fresh Meat Deli is typically about 300 m²: incorporating cold room and freezer facilities, as well as a butchery section and sales floor.
Many of the meat products are delivered from the Kanhym processing facility in a pre-packed state, ready for packing into the display fridges.To accommodate the customers tastes for gourmet cuts the Deli is also supplied with carcasses which can be cut and prepared on site by the blockman.
Kanhym Fresh Meat Deli's are differentiated by the superb quality of the meat and complementary products. However, there is always a Chef / Customer Advisor on hand to advise customers on the special cuts of meat available, how to prepare them and also to provide samples and tastes of the many different products on offer.
Franchise Set Up
Kanhym Franchising is continually searching for and evaluating potential new site opportunities within the Gauteng region; our main focus for expansion within the next three years. Should a potential franchisee find a potential site for a Deli we will investigate and evaluate the site on their behalf.
Ideal locations are those situated close to complementary convenience shops such as fruit and vegetables, liquor, groceries, fishmongers and bakeries. Easily accessible parking is an important requirement, as is a power supply of at least 180A three phase.
